20 year old girl named Sophie (Amanda Seyfried) has a problem. it's almost her wedding day with her boyfriend, Sky (Dominic Cooper) and she doesn't know who her father is. it could be any of 3 of her mother's (Meryl Streep) *past* suitors. those guys are Bill Anderson (Stellan Skarsgård), Harry Bright (Colin Firth), and Sam Carmichael (Pierce Brosnan). the only way to find out is to invite them all to her wedding and see what happens.

that's just a bit resume about the movie, Mamma Mia!
i've watched it, for me it's like really bollywood. but still, hollywood makes this movie great. the songs in the film are based on the pop group ABBA, which is really succesful in the middle of 80s. well, just watch the movie! where else would you see the agent 007, Pierce Brosnan singing the songs from ABBA?????

huaaaaaaaaah, akhirnya kamis yang gue tunggu2 dateng juga loooh. seneng bgt deeeeeh. hari kamis gue yg indah ini memang diawali dgn keBTan menunggu partner gue yg selalu telat ini (sumpeh deh bok, ampe jengkel gue) si nona Yumna Shabrinaaaaa, zzz. bt aja ya gue nungguin ampe stgh jam pagi2 buta.

tapi yaaa akhirnya semua berjalan dengan *alhamdulillah* lancaaaar. jalanan lumayan lancar, nari lancar, duit lancaaaaaaar. hahaha. lumayan lah yaaa buat makan dan belanja. oia, pulang dr menari di gedung surveyor Indonesia itu, gue dan Yumck langsung tancap dan melanglang buana ke daerah Senen untuk belanjyaaaaaa. huahaha. sayangnya malangnya nasibnya, ditengah2 belanja kami kelelahan, amat sangat kelelahan sekali banget deh pokonya. energi udah 0,05%! ibarat kalo lagi main spongebob, tuh spongebob udah keriiiiiiiing bgt! hahaha

akhirnya kami mengakhiri perjalanan kami dgn naik kopaja p20! sambil membawa tentengan belanjaan kemana2, kami melihat2 sekeliling. ngelewatin megaria, planetarium, dan smp negeri 1 jakarta! yahahahaha. trus kami berpikiran untuk mempir ke setiabudi one buat makan siang (karena kita blm makan yee dr pagi) trus menghabiskan agak lumayan di sushi groove! hehehe, nanti deh ya foto2nya, blm gue upload ke compi. kapan2 aje aye masukkin.

pulang-pulang? TEPAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRR BGTTTTTTTT!. tapi seruuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu!!! pgn lagiiiiiiiiiiiiii. hahaha
well, just so you know, kamis itu kita berdua cubs dan meninggalkan 2 ulangan penting! hahaha tp yaaa worth it kok, hekekeke. toh udah ulangan susulan td, tinggal satu doang yg belom.

haduuuh, lagi pusing nih pala eike. bntr lagi UAN bok. SNMPTN too! siap2 aja nih botak. all i've gotta do is study, study, and mooooore study!!

tapi pusiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiing, i feel like i'm not ready to face it. gila lo! metode belajar gue aja masih kyk dulu. sistem kebut semalam. itupun kalo ada test doang. tugas numpuk, ulangan remed, ini lagi UAN SNMPTN bikin beteeeeee.

knp sih mesti ada UAN? mbok ya liat ajo dr nilai raportnya gitu. gak kasian apa sama generasi muda jmn skrg? *hakhakhak bhs gue*.

udah gitu pake acara ditambahin lagi sama pemerintah, dari yg cuma TIGA mata pelajaran menjadi ENAM mata pelajaran! busyeeeet, fisika aje gue ga ngerti apa-apa. biologi ga punya catetan. mana guru2 di sklh gue ga ada yang enaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaak!

huaaaaaaah, langsung minta dinikahin aja apa nih gue sm tukang jait? ato jualan pecel aja kali yee abis lulus SMA. zzz -.-

lebaran sebentar lagi looooh. seneng deh lebaran mau dtg. kita saling maaf2an, ketemu keluarga besar yg biasanya emg cuma ketemu setaun sekali yaitu kalo lebaran doang, dapet THR ato angpau buat anak2 kecil, shalat ied (gatau kenapa untuk yg satu ini menjadi daya tarik tersendiri buat gue), dan yg paling penting adalah makan ketupaaaaaaaaaat! hekekekekek

emg siiih, ketupat; sayur ketupatnya; sambel goreng ati; rendang; opor/gulai ayam; dan makanan khas lebaran lainnya bisa kita buat kapan aja. tapiiiii, momennya tuh bakalan beda bgt dimana kita makan tuh ketupat pas ga lagi lebaran sama kalo kita makan pas lagi lebaran. rasanya jauuuuh beda. kyknya ada 'bumbu lain' yg dimasukkin ke semua masakan yg ada. haha terdengar agak lebay mungkin yaa. namun begitulah kenyataan yg ada. mau ga mau kita harus terima dgn berlapang dada *apaan dah Ty?*

naaaaah kalo masalah sholat ied, ini lebih oke dan yahud lagi. semua org yg melaksanakan ibadah puasa, pasti kepengen banget banget banget dapetin sholat yg cuma setaun sekali ini. ya iyalaaaah, secara yaaa dari segi pahalanya aja udah gede bgtt! kalo kata mami kyuuu, pahalanya tuh melebihi seribu gunung! "satu gunung aja udah gede, apalagi seribu!!" gitu kata mamikyuuu. dan rasanya emg ga afdhol bgt ya kalo kita puasa tp ga dpt sholat iednya, aduuh syg bgt tuh. tapi yaaa, buat cewe2 yg sedang kedatangan tamu-tak-diundang, apa mau dikatanya. relakan saja lah yaaaaw.

as we know, last year Britney had mental health problems. because of her divorce with Kevin Federline, she turned into a lil bit pshyco. Britney's start using drugs and her attitude is become bad even in front of the public! she cut her hair and gone bald. she attacked the papparazi who took her photos. and the worst is, when she's talking to the press and her dog had poo, suddenly she took her dog's poo with her prada dress and acted like nothing had happened.

but, she finally enters the rehabilitation and changed!! she's back now with her good attitude. she produced the video clip again, and launched her new album called Piece of Me. and MTV gave her 3 awards in MTV Video Music Awards (VMA). in MTV VMA 2008 she wins best female video, best pop video, and video of the year.

the most i like about her change is her friends in hollywood who really really appreciate her. when she appears at MTV VMA, they gave her standing applause that makes her a little nervous and and speechless in some times.

but it seems like fake. it's like, MTV wanna make her happy so they gave 3 nominates for her and she wins all of them! it's kinda odd knowing she's never been won a VMA despite 16 nominations in her career.

buka puasa bersama 3 angkatan 34

wawwwwwwwwwww, tadi abis buka puasa bersama di rumah Delphino alias Samino (saya mirip nomot) yang terletak di daerah cinere deket lechi. awalnya gue kira bakalan sepi dan ga bgt. eeeehh ternyata lumayan yahud lah.

kelas satu yg cewek yg tergabung dalam ekskul saman ngasi persembahan dlm rangka minta maaf sama kelas tiga karena ga ngelengkapin tanda tangan kaka2nya. mereka pada joget2 sesuai lagu gitu, trus perkenalan diri pake gaya.

udah gitu, tak disangka tak dinyana, ternyata si empunya rumah yaitu Samino sedang berulang tahun. jadilah kita rame2 nyanyiin lagu happy birthday buat doi. trus tebak dong, who's the first cake for? yepp, NOMOTOOOOO! hahahaha seru2

abis itu cowo2 angkatan 12 juga pada ngasi persembahan. awalnya kyk parodi gitu, eeeeh semakin malem malah jd main pantun. jadi berasa lagi di kawinan org betawi. hehehehe. eh iyaaaa, ngmg2 ttg betawi nih ye bang, tmn aye dr betokaw jadian bok! aahahahahaha kocak parah! masalahnya gue ga pernah liat dia suka org. pas dicie2in mukanya langsung merah gitu deh. hahahahaa

what is angklung?
angklung is a traditional musical instrument from INDONESIA *not MALAYSIA* which come from sunda island. it made out of two bamboo tubes attached to a bamboo frame. the tubes are carved so that they have a resonant pitch when struck. the two tubes are tuned to octaves. the base of the frame is held with one hand while the other hand shakes the instrument rapidly from side to side. this causes a rapidly repeating note to sound. thus each of three or more angklung performers in an ensemble will play just one note and together complete melodies are produced. angklung has become popular throughout Southeast Asia.

the history of angklung
well, here's the story. angklung is created and played by the sundanese to honor Dewi Sri ( goddest of fertility) wanna come to the Earth so the citizen's paddy grows healthy. in hindu period and padjajaran kingdom era, sundanese people used the angklung to sign the time for prayer. later, padjajaran kingdom use this instrument as corps music in perang bubat (bubat war). angklung functioned as building the peoples community spirit. it was still used by the sundanese until the colonial era (V.O.C). Because of the colonial times, the dutch east indies government tried to forbid people playing the angklung instrument. because it was forbidden to play angkung during this time, the popularity of the instrument decreased and it came to be played only by children in this era.

Ngalagena and his wife Mrs. Uum Sumiati Udjo. SAU is the place where angklung and others bamboo instrument are made and played. i've watched gossipgirl season one. it's quite good, but HELLOOOOOOO! what happened with Serena and Dan?! they supposed to be together. but in season one, they break up! and Serena killed someone. it's kinda awkward to me. and the appearance of Georgina makes everything out of control.

but i like it when Nate finally found someone nice like Vanessa. they're cute couple. low profile high class boy has a date with an ordinary sincere girl, i kinda like that. and Blair with Chuck! hahaha i hate to say this but yeah, they're really match! naughty girl and asshole guy, what a perfect match, don't they?

and Eric is GAY? what the hell??? it's not what i wanted to for him. and Jenny's difference. i don't like that. she's like too obsessed with the title of "it girl" and makes her becomes bad. she stole, fights with Blair *which is a BIG mistake for freshman like her*, it's not her. i really can't wait the season two of gossip girl! bcos i really like it, although the ending of season not too good for me.

let's bring peaceful to OUR world, so there will be no war, terrorists, and something like that. i really appreciate people who would like to appreciate another country. not mocking it, or even say something bad about the other country. that's just gonna make anything become more terrible and terrible.

enjoy the peaceful around us by making friends with guys from another country, join the exchange culture festival *like me, lol*, or at least just being nice to everybody. don't see people by their religion, ethnicity, status, orientation, or even the nationality.

SAMAN dance

Aceh has a lot of potential cultures which are basically colored by Islamic religion. There are three major ethnic groups in Aceh; Acehnese, Gayo and Alas. The Acehnese are most numerous and inhabit the coastal areas of the region. However, in west and south Aceh, they intermingled with west Sumatra, which reflected in language, design and customs. The Gayo and Alas tribes are numerically minor groups who inhabited the highland of Aceh. The Gayo live in central Aceh while the Alas in southeast Aceh. Aceh is often called "Serambi Mekkah" (The Verandah of Mecca).

- Dance and Songs

As a verandah of Mecca, songs and dances which come from Aceh generally reflect Islamic prayer art. In old times dances were either performed at the courts for sultans and their guest or in the villages as entertainment after hard work in the fields. Today dances are mostly performed at special government functions, but in many areas local dancing traditions and groups carry on the heritage. Each region of Aceh has own version of dances or its own indigenous ones. The costumes used are basically long sleeved tops and sarongs wrapped around the waist and colors are often brilliant. Women usually wear head pieces, but the use of jewelry depends on the aspect of life that is depicted by the dance. The Acehnese dance all have certain characteristics in common. Islamic values are often spread in Aceh through the dances. The dances deal with daily social activities. All Acehnese dances are performed by a group and are dynamic with stepping feet, beating of chests, hips and shoulder

Here are some of the most popular dances come from Aceh:

Saman

"Saman" the most popular dance in Aceh and the dance that has become well-known abroad with the name "Thousand hands". It has its origin from the Alas ethnic group and is normally performed to celebrate the birthday of the Prophet Muhammad S.A.W. and other important occasions. Eight to twenty male performers kneel in a row on the floor and make different kinds of torso movements accompanied by songs, clapping hands, slapping chests, slapping hands on the floor, etc. The songs are praises to Allah or prayers. The dance starts with slow movements and increases its tempo gradually to great speed and finally come to a sudden stop. There are many different regional versions of "Saman"

' Saman Inong '

Meuseukat
"Meusekat" is almost the same as "Saman". The only difference is that "Meusekat" is performed by women and originates in west and south Acheh.

Marhaban
This dance was normally only used for celebration of the birthday of the Prophet Muhammad S.A.W. , but due to its popularity has begun to appear also on other occasions. There are 20 performer, 10 women and 10 men, accompanied by special tambourines. The dance is often followed by prayers to the Prophet.

Rapai Geleng
"Rapai" is the name of a tambourine used to accompany songs and dances. "Rapa-ii Geleng" is a dance specially developed with this tambourine in mind. The movements are almost the same as in the "Saman" dance, but the 11 to 20 male dancers handle one tambourine each, which gives the dance a very distinct and enjoyable flavor. A song with Islamic teachings accompanies the dance.
